Food Service

At Webster Conference Center, high demands are put on quality and service in the area of food service. With a great reputation for it’s meals, the foodservice staff is anxious to accommodate your group’s needs when meeting at Webster Conference Center. A variety of menu options are available to feed anywhere from a handful of people to several hundred. Our dining hall can seat up to 550 people at one time, all in a modern, comfortable, fully heated and air-conditioned facility. Chapel Building

When you arrive at Webster Conference Center, the first building you see is the chapel. On the first floor of the Chapel is 2 public restrooms, 2 handicapped equipped restrooms, a nurse’s station, two offices (for registration if you choose), a 500 seat Chapel (with sound system), and two side-by-side conference rooms which are capable of either seating 35 individually, or when combined together as one large conference room, can accommodate 70. Also attached to the conference rooms is a warming kitchen. The first floor of the Chapel can also sleep 42 people in 6 rooms.

On the second floor you will find two conference rooms, each seating 35 people comfortably. The second floor also sleeps 80 guests in nine rooms.

On the third floor you will find 7 conference rooms. Of these rooms, six can seat 30, and one can seat 50.

Dormitory Building

The next building is the Dormitory Building. The Dormitory has 19 sleeping rooms accommodating up to 219, including one handicapped equipped sleeping room; 5 meeting rooms; and a warming kitchen. All sleeping rooms have private toilets and showers with bunk beds; during the months of October through May 1st, each room also has a queen-sized bed.

Main Lodge

The final building is the main lodge, which sits above our dining hall. As you get to the top of the stairs in the Main Lodge you will see 2 relaxing lounge areas. Off of one of the lounge areas, is a hallway for the men’s sleeping area, and on the other side is a hallway for the women’s sleeping area. These two sleeping areas are divided by one large conference room, that if so desired can be divided into 3 smaller conference rooms, and is adjoined to a small canteen. The men’s side will sleep 53 guests in 7 rooms, and has a lavatory consisting of 8 showers, 6 toilet stalls and 8 sinks, at the end of the hallway. The women’s side will sleep 57 guests in 6 rooms, with a lavatory consisting of 9 showers, 10 toilet stalls, 9 sinks set on an endless countertop, at the end of their hallway.
