Q What types of meals do you prepare?
A We prepare a variety of meals to meet the needs of people of all ages. We consistently receive compliments on our hot breakfast and and the variety of fruit and bagels with the breakfast menu. For lunch, we offer sandwiches, chicken tenders, soups and salads. Our most popluar dinner meals are the country fried steaks with mashed potatoes and green beans and the baked chicken dinner with country vegetables and au gratin potatoes. We also offer a full salad bar for all dinner meals.

Q How many people can you feed at one meal?
A Our dining hall can easily seat 500 people with our current set up but can also seat more people with a little creative seating arrangements. During our busy summer season, we will feed 450 people each meal, three times a day.

Q Can a group opt to have a meal catered instead of using the foodservice provided by WCC?
A Yes.  A number of groups have used restaurants and caterers from the area for outdoor picnics, wedding rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings and other events.

Q For groups renting the Main Lodge, can they use your kitchen to prepare their own meals?
A No. We are considered a commercial kitchen licensed by the Board of Health, so cooking is not allowed by guests. However, our warming kitchens in other buildings are available for that purpose.

Q Do you furnish meals?
A Yes. We have a meal service request form. You can choose from a variety of meals and if you would like something that is not on the form, the food service director will work with you.

Q What if someone in my group is a diabetic or has a food allergy?
A Not a problem. If you will call and discuss this with the WCC Foodservice Director at least 2 weeks prior to your coming to WCC, and let us know of what this person or persons can have or cannot have it would greatly be appreciated.

Q What is included in your continental breakfast?
A A LOT! Depending on the season, at least 5 different kinds of fruit, many choices of cereal, bagels, muffins or rolls, juice, milk, and coffee.

Q What if I have a day meeting and do not want a meal; do you provide snacks?
A Yes. We can provide an A.M. and/or P.M. snack for your group. They range from a fruit tray, vegetable tray, cheese and cracker tray, cookies, brownies, desserts, mini muffins or danishes. Also a wide variety of beverages are available.
